People ask, and I'm pretty straight forward. Going on vacation with three babies/little kids is no walk in the park. You learn to make the most of it, through the hard work, and have a great time. We made lots of memories and all three kids LOVED the beach! We spent our day on the beach in the mornings and in the afternoons we would head to the pool or the boys would go on a bike ride. One day, sis and I went shopping at the outlets. Josh and I also took turns enjoying alone time on the beach during naps! It was really great. We went out to eat every night hitting all our favorite local places! To subside the kids wants, we went to a big chain restaurant and to ride rides one night! We enjoyed Baytowne one night after dinner and spent several nights in Seaside enjoying all the stores and family activities. We really had a great trip!!
This chick loved the baby pool we filled with water for her every day!
Their favorite part of the whole trip, playing in the sand!
We always love staying in the small condos along 30A every year. This year we stayed in the Eastern Lake area. The condo couldn't have been more accessible to the beach being on the ground floor and 10 steps away (literally) from the sand.
Both boys decided they liked the ocean and waves this year. Shaw Michael even begged us to let him swim by himself. Not yet, big boy!
The boys slept in the same bed, like always, and did great!
I can't help but put them in all matching outfits. I'll do it until they absolutely refuse :)
Getting ready to go crab hunting!
Crazy sunscreen hair!!
Sun, sand, and burying each other!
A night in Seaside for dinner and watching a play on the lawn! Such a fun time!
Girls shopping day!
....and there was pouting. Ha!
BUT much more smiling!
Picture night!
(behind the scenes....the struggle is REAL!)
Our only family picture....with terrible lighting and a ton of people in the background. At least we are all smiling, right!?!
So thankful for our time together away with no chores to do, and all the naps, relaxation, and fun we wanted! It was much needed!
