Sutton 11 months

Geez! One month until our baby is a year old. It went by fast, too fast. I'm afraid if we have a third, that baby will just completely skip their first year. It definitely goes by faster with each child. This boy is so fun, so smart, and such a blessing. You always expect your children to be similar in a lot of ways but it's neat to see just how different they are. Sutton you are growing into such a sweet, energetic little boy and we love watching you grow and become you!

• You weigh a little over 20 lbs.
• Starting to take steps. You stand and can take 1-2 steps at a time. You love to walk behind your toys and cruise around all the furniture.
• You have 6 teeth and I think 2 more are trying to come in
• You still nurse 2-4 times a day, some days you would way rather have a bottle during the day because you can control when and how to drink it.
• Still a great eater and love all foods.
• Added several words this month: thank you, paci, night night, and hot being a few. You can say about 10 words now.
• Point at different things all the time. A lot of the time after we say what it is you seem satisfied while other times you want to go see or touch whatever it is your pointing at.
• Still take 2 naps a day and sleep 12-14 hours every night. Most mornings if you aren't woke up, you will sleep until 9.
• Your favorite game right now is chase. You duck your head and crawl so fast to get away. I can only imagine how fun it will be once you start walking. You also love to play hide and seek with your brother. You giggle so much when you find him or he finds you.
• You have started experiencing some separation anxiety when we drop you off at the church nursery. You still do great at the sitter's and love going every morning.
• You know how to throw a fit when you don't get your way. It also gets really interesting when your brother takes a toy away from you. Your red headed temper has started coming out.
• You like to tell the dogs "no" and "nuh-uh". I'm afraid they now have 4 bosses in the house.
• Still love to be cuddled and rocked at night. I hope you never grow out of this!
