- I weighed him on his five month birthday, this past Monday, and he weighed 12 lb. 12 oz. So, he has gained right at a lb. this month. Eager to see his stats and percentages at his apt. in a month!
- Still eating just BM. Plan to start solids at some point next month. His eating/nursing schedule is still the same
- Wearing size 2 diapers, 0-3 and 3-6 month clothing. Most of his 0-3 month outfits we put on him we keep thinking it will be the last time he wears them. They are all getting a little short and a little tight :)
- All the changes this month have brought about BAD sleep disturbances. He has gone from sleeping 9+ hours to waking up 2-3x at night. Yes, I know some parents consider 2-3x a "good" night but after he was sleeping through the night for quite a while this has been hard for us. Luckily, he is starting to get back in the groove of things and he is starting to get back on schedule.
- Mommy has gone to working 4 days a week. He has only stayed with his daddy and grandmothers during this time. He will start staying with the sitter in two weeks! I am freaking out a little about this, but considering he will only be 2 doors down from me makes it a little easier.
- He is obsessed with his feet and plays with them all the time :)
- He loves vibrating his lips like a motor. It is HILARIOUS!
- He has become quite the B-R-A-T :) Yup, I am payin' for my raisin'! Since I pretty much loved on/held him all day long, everyday for 4 months, all he wants is to be held!
- Doing great with tummy time and can usually put all his weight on his hands for about 5-10 minutes
- Still rolling tummy to back and OH SO CLOSE to rolling back to tummy!
- He is a major SMILER! He has been smiling since really young, but this month we have gotten several comments from strangers about how much he smiles. Yes, it melts my heart everytime!
- Still making laughing noises but no giggling yet!
- Still talking all the time!
- Loves his jumper/exersaucer. We will pull down on it to make it jump and then he tries to jump himself. Seriously cute!
- We got a new dog last week. She loves him and he loves her. Our male dog has never really had anything to do with him, but our new dog is always snuggling with him.
- Right now he has his second stuffy nose :( It isn't anything too bad now and seems to be getting better.
- Reflux is steadily getting better. Still on no medication and his spitting up seems less and less by the week
- I think we have officially started teething this month. No teethers poking through yet but he is a major slober monster, puts everything in his mouth, and HATES his paci at times. Also, his poopoo changed this month, which other moms tell me is an indicator.
- We can definetely tell the people he does and doesn't like :) haha if he doesn't like you he lets you know about it by screaming the entire time you are holding him. When it comes to people he loves I think his cousin RaeRae is pretty high on the list. He is actually fascinated by her. He just smiles and laughs at her the whole time she is around (keep in mind she is continuously reading to him, dancing for him, and practically putting on a Broadway show for him at all times).
- Still loves being outside! We usually put a hat and jacket on him and let him soak in the NWA sunshine.
- Becoming quite the funny guy. He keeps his daddy and I rolling! We can't imagine how funny he will be when he actually starts talking.
- Had his first Christmas, which will be a few posts coming up. I would say Santa and family spoiled him rotten (like we needed any help with that).

Five Months
Well, another month has gone by....WAY too fast!! This month has been insanely busy, crazy, and downright stressful at times, but we are making it :) We have officially been moved for a month and all of us, including little man, are finally starting to adjust. This past month has brought lots of changes for our sweet boy! Here are some fun (and not so fun) facts about him:
